Shipping policy

Orders placed before 4:00pm will be shipped out the same day. All orders placed after 4:00pm will be shipped out the next morning.

Once the items have shipped, it takes roughly 2-5 days to reach the customer. Orders are sent through USPS and UPS depending on the size and weight of the package.

IMPORTANT:

If you input an incorrect address and your package gets sent back to our warehouse, YOU will be responsible for the shipping for us to get it out to you. If you want a refund for your order, a 15% restock fee will be taken out of the total product value, and we will invoice you if there is anything leftover. 

Until further notice, Industry Supply offers standard $4.90 shipping. For medium to larger items, shipping rates range from $12.00 - $25.00.
