This garment provides protection against light-chemical splash and spray resistance. It can also protect against inorganic acids, bases, and salts and are worn when cleaning tanks or hazardous waste cleanup when liquid jet streams are encountered. These coveralls are a single garment worn over clothing. The continuous coverage protects a worker's arms, legs, and torso and provides more coverage than separate garments.

- Multiple interlocking threads are sewn around the raw edges of garment material to create a strong, stress-resistance seam
